Chris Brown admits he has anger issues

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- U.S. singer Chris Brown admitted to his probation officer he has a problem with his temper during a meeting in Los Angeles, celebrity website TMZ said.

Citing sources it said were familiar with the matter, TMZ said Brown met with his lawyer Mark Geragos and his new probation officer Friday at the Los Angeles County Department of Probation. The sources said the group didn't discuss Brown's arrest last weekend for allegedly punching a man in Washington, while on probation for assault on his then-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.

Instead they talked about his anger issues and his stint at a rehab facility in Malibu, TMZ reported Saturday.

Brown entered the facility this week and could remain there for up to 90 days.

The sources said the probation department wasn't impressed with Browns admittance to the facility.

"They're gunning for Chris," a source said.

The department is scheduled to submit a report to the judge in the Rihanna case next week. If his probation is revoked, Brown could be sentenced to four years in state prison.
