LONDON, Aug. 22 (UPI) -- Britain's Prince William says he and his wife Kate are planning an African-themed nursery for their newborn son, Prince George.

"I'll have toy elephants and rhinos around the room," the Prince William told CNN. "We'll cover it in, you know, lots of bushes and things like that. [We'll] make him grow up as if he's in the bush."

Prince William said he has fond memories of when his father Prince Charles and his late mother Princess Diana took him to Africa as a boy and he hopes to do the same with his son some day.

Prince William, who is second in line for the British throne behind Prince Charles, made the remarks in a one-hour special "Prince William's Passion: New Father, New Hope," which is to air Sept. 15 on CNN.
