Liza Minnelli to present Ann-Margret with 2013 Rolex Dance Award

NEW YORK, Aug. 2 (UPI) -- Entertainer Liza Minnelli is to present 72-year-old dancer-actress Ann-Margret with the 2013 Rolex Dance Award in New York this fall, organizers said.

The celebrities are slated to attend "Broadway & Beyond -- Celebrating Theatre & Dance -- Career Transition For Dancers' 28th anniversary Jubilee" Oct. 8 at New York City Center.

The show will be followed by dinner at the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton New York.

"It will be an honor for me to present this year's 2013 Rolex Dance Award to the incomparable Ann-Margret at Career Transition For Dancers' 28th anniversary Jubilee," Minnelli, 67, said in a statement Friday.
