BURBANK, Calif., June 24 (UPI) -- Lisa Robin Kelly, who starred in "That '70s Show," was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence near Burbank, Calif., police said.

E! News reported Kelly, 43, was arrested about 11:30 p.m. PDT Saturday by a California Highway Patrol officer who responded to calls of a car blocking a lane of the Interstate 5 freeway near Burbank.

The officer allegedly detected signs of alcohol use when he came upon Kelly and the vehicle. She allegedly failed a sobriety test and was placed under arrest.

TMZ reported Kelly also was arrested on a DUI charge in 2010, for alleged spousal abuse in April 2012 and for alleged assault last November.

Kelly played Laurie Forman, the older sister of Topher Grace's Eric Forman in "That '70s Show," which ran for 200 episodes from 1998 to 2006.
