Actor Keenan Ivory Wayans, who was responsible for giving Lopez her first break as a Fly Girl on "In Living Color," spoke on her behalf at the ceremony, the Times reported.

Also speaking for Lopez was her "Monster-in-Law" co-star Jane Fonda, hip-hop protege Pitbull, and longtime manager Benny Medina.
