June 13 (UPI) -- "Blurred Lines" has jumped to become Robin Thicke's first Billboard Hot 100 No. 1.

The song, featuring T.I. and Pharrell, jumped six spots. The funk-heavy hit reached the top of the Digital, Airplay and Streaming Gainer charts.

Billboard introduced the other charts in March 2011, and "Blurred Lines" has become the first song to top all three at once.

The original unrated version of the video was banned from YouTube for nudity, but the slightly-less-NSFW version is still up.

Thicke said he wanted the song to embody the same spirit as his favorite song, "Got to Give It Up" by Marvin Gaye.

"We felt like maybe it was something special, but it was so different," he said. "We didn't know it would be this big."
