The season kicked off with 26 women vying for Lowe's affection.

"I think the world of you and I miss you every time we have to say goodbye. I don't want to say goodbye anymore," Lowe told Giudici. "Catherine, I want to spend the rest of my life telling you, 'I love you,' and making you feel like the most special, beautiful woman in the world. Catherine, will you marry me?"

Giudici accepted the 3-carat Neil Lane diamond ring he offered, telling Lowe: "I'm so happy ... I am so grateful to have met somebody like you. I've never been so comfortable about myself and with somebody."

Director Luhrmann's 'Gatsby' to open Cannes Film Festival

CANNES, France, March 12 (UPI) -- Baz Luhrmann's screen adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald's classic novel "The Great Gatsby" is to open the Cannes Film Festival in France, officials announced.

Set on Long Island, N.Y., in the 1920s, the movie stars Leonardo DiCaprio as the titular, enigmatic millionaire. The cast also includes Tobey Maguire and Carey Mulligan.

The 3-D film will open in the United States May 10 and will screen out of competition May 15 at the Grand Theatre Lumiere of the Palais des Festivals in France.

The movie will feature a score by American rapper Jay-Z.

"It is a great honor for all those who have worked on 'The Great Gatsby' to open the Cannes Film Festival. We are thrilled to return to a country, place and festival that has always been so close to our hearts, not only because my first film 'Strictly Ballroom' was screened there 21 years ago, but also because F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote some of the most poignant and beautiful passages of his extraordinary novel just a short distance away at a villa outside Saint-Raphael," Luhrmann said in a statement Tuesday.

The filmmaker previously directed DiCaprio in the hit 1996 movie "William Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet."

LOS ANGELES, March 12 (UPI) -- Kelly Osbourne's publicist says the TV personality has been released from the Los Angeles hospital where she was treated after suffering a seizure last week.

"After a five-day hospital stay, Kelly Osbourne has returned home and has been given a clean bill of health by her doctor," Osbourne's representative told E! News Tuesday.

"Doctors ran numerous tests and determined that this was most likely a onetime episode of which there are no conclusive results. She is looking forward to returning to 'Fashion Police' this week and getting back to business and life as usual."

Osbourne, 28, was hospitalized last Thursday after she suffered a seizure on the set of her reality TV show.

Timberlake on feud: 'I absolutely love Kanye'

NEW YORK, March 12 (UPI) -- Pop star Justin Timberlake said during a visit to "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" in New York he is not feuding with rapper Kanye West.

West publicly criticized Timberlake's new song, "Suit & Tie," last month.

When Timberlake sang the song while serving as host of "Saturday Night Live" this past weekend, he changed the line, "Aww, [expletive] so sick, got a hit and picked up a habit" to "my hit's so sick, got rappers acting dramatic."

Asked on Monday's edition of "Late Night" about the apparent dig at West, Timberlake told Fallon: "Let me just, for the record, I absolutely love Kanye. So there's that. We love Kanye, right?"

West and Timberlake are both recent collaborators of hip-hop mogul Jay-Z.
