Judd, Pickler, Dick and Hughley to compete on 'Dancing with the Stars'

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- Singers Kellie Pickler and Wynonna Judd, and comedians Andy Dick and D.L. Hughley are to compete on Season 16 of "Dancing with the Stars" in Los Angeles.

The new cast was revealed on Tuesday's edition of ABC's "Good Morning America."

Also set to team up with professional dance partners and compete for the coveted mirror ball trophy are boxer Victor Ortiz, soap star Ingo Rademacher, Disney Channel star Zendaya Coleman, reality TV personality Lisa Vanderpump, Olympic gymnast Aly Raisman, Olympic skater Dorothy Hamill and NFL star Jacoby Jones.

Tom Bergeron and Brooke Burke-Charvet will once again serve as co-hosts of the show when the show returns March 18.


MacFarlane says 'no way' to hosting Oscars again

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane says there is "no way" he would be host of the Oscars again after serving as emcee of Sunday's ceremony in Los Angeles.

Asked via Twitter if he would lead the festivities at a future Oscars show, MacFarlane tweeted early Tuesday: "No way. Lotta fun to have done it, though."

MacFarlane earned mixed reviews for his handling of the 2013 telecast, which was seen by more than 40.3 million viewers in the United States.


'Skyfall' tops DVD sales chart; 'Flight' is No. 1 rental

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- "Skyfall," the James Bond adventure that earned two Oscars, is the top-selling DVD and Blu-ray in the United States, Rentrak said.

British singer Adele won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for the "Skyfall" theme Sunday and the film shared the Oscar for Best Sound Editing with "Zero Dark Thirty."

Coming in at No. 2 on the DVD and Blu-ray sales chart for the week ending Feb. 17 is "Hotel Transylvania," followed by "The Man with the Iron Fists" at No. 3, "Peter Pan" at No. 4 and "Flight" at No. 5.

Rounding out the top tier are "Masterpiece Classic: Downton Abbey Season 3" at No. 6, "Here Comes the Boom" at No. 7, "Silent Hill: Revelation" at No. 8, "Alex Cross" at No. 9 and "The Perks of Being a Wallflower" at No. 10.

The No. 1 DVD and Blu-ray rental for the week ended Feb. 16 is "Flight."

"Here Comes the Boom" is No. 2, "Taken 2" is No. 3, "Hotel Transylvania" is No. 4, "Alex Cross" is No. 5, "Seven Psychopaths" is No. 6, "Ted " is No. 7, "Pitch Perfect" is No. 8, "Paranormal Activity 4" is No. 9 and "The Bourne Legacy" is No. 10.


Ben Affleck shaves beard off at post-Oscar party

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- Actor-director-producer Ben Affleck shaved his beard off at a West Hollywood Oscar party after his film "Argo" won the top prize of Best Picture, E! News said.

"He did it to mark the end of a chapter. It had that ceremonial quality to it," an insider told E!

The shearing took place at Craig's restaurant Sunday night.

Affleck, 40, is married to actress Jennifer Garner. They have three young children together.
