The latest news on today's hottest celebrities ...

STEPHEN BALDWIN: Actor Stephen Baldwin was arrested in New York for alleged failure to file personal income tax returns from 2008-10, prosecutors said.

The Rockland County District Attorney's office told TMZ Thursday the "Usual Suspects" star owes more than $350,000 in back taxes.

"At a time when Rockland County and New York State face severe fiscal shortfalls, we cannot afford to allow wealthy residents to break the law by cheating on their taxes," the district attorney's office said in a statement. "The defendant's repetitive failure to file returns and pay taxes over a period of several years contributes to the sweeping cutbacks and closures in local government and in our schools."

Baldwin faces a possible four years in prison if convicted.

The actor is the younger brother of "30 Rock" star Alec Baldwin.

BROOKE BURKE-CHARVET: U.S. television personality Brooke Burke-Charvet said via Twitter she underwent a successful thyroidectomy.

Burke-Charvet, 41, is the mother of four children and co-host of "Dancing with the Stars." She recently announced she had been diagnosed with thyroid cancer.

"Feels like I got hit by a car. ... Thank God it's over. I'm clean, surgery went well and I can talk. Losing my voice was my biggest fear," Burke-Charvet tweeted after the procedure Thursday. "Thanks for all your prayers and light."

ANGELINA JOLIE: Hollywood star Angelina Jolie, a mother of six young children, says she plans to "give up the acting" when her kids become teenagers.

The "Salt," "Wanted," "Girl Interrupted" and "Lara Croft" star made the comments in an interview this week with Britain's Channel 4 News.

"I think I'm going to have to give up the acting as the kids hit the teenage years, anyway, too much to manage at home," the 37-year-old Oscar winner said.

"I have enjoyed being an actress," Jolie said. "I am so grateful to the job and I have had great experiences and I have even been able to tell stories and be a part of stories that mattered and I have done things for fun, but ... I will do some films and I am so fortunate to have the job, it's a really lucky profession to be a part of and I enjoy it. ... But if it went away tomorrow I would be very happy to be home with the children. I wake up in the morning as a mum and I turn on the news like everybody else and I see what's happening and I want to be part of the world in a positive way."

'DIVAS LIVE!' Natasha Bedingfield, Keri Hilson, Ledisi, Iggy Azalea and Bootsy Collins are to perform at this month's "Divas Live!" concert in Los Angeles, VH1 said.

La La Anthony, Jenna Dewan Tatum, Stacey Keibler, NeNe Leakes, Brandy Norwood and Kelly Osbourne also are to appear at the Dec. 16 event, which is to be presided over by Adam Lambert.

The show will air live on the cable network from the Shrine Auditorium. It will feature tributes to dance-music icons Whitney Houston and Donna Summer as well as appearances by previously announced artists Ciara, Miley Cyrus, Demi Lovato, Kelly Rowland, Jordin Sparks, Kelly Clarkson, Melanie Fiona, Metric and Pitbull.
