The latest news on today's hottest celebrities ...

FRANKIE MUNIZ: Frankie Muniz, the 26-year-old former star of the U.S. sitcom "Malcolm in the Middle," suffered a mini-stroke last week, TMZ reported.

Doctors are still trying to determine what caused the medical condition, the celebrity news website said Tuesday.

Friends took the actor, musician and occasional race-car driver to an Arizona hospital Friday after he had trouble speaking and understanding words, TMZ said.

He was told he suffered a mini-stroke and tests are being conducted to find out why.

Muniz's film credits include "Big Fat Liar," "Stuck on You" and "Agent Cody Banks."

FLEETWOOD MAC: Rock band Fleetwood Mac is to kick off its 34-city U.S. concert tour April 4 in Columbus, Ohio, Live Nation announced Tuesday.

Tickets go on sale Dec. 14.

The "Fleetwood Mac Live 2013" arena tour will include stops in Philadelphia, New York, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees last took their show on the road in 2009 with the sold-out "Unleashed" concert tour, Live Nation said.

The new tour also marks the 35th anniversary of the release of their classic "Rumours" album, which has sold more than 40 million copies.

"Having started Fleetwood Mac with John McVie in 1967, it has always been so gratifying that despite the various incarnations, the band has survived. Throughout the years, though, the one thing that has remained constant is our fans. I am looking forward to getting back behind the kit, reconnecting with the fans and sharing the stage with my fellow band members," Mick Fleetwood said in a statement Tuesday.

"After spending four days at Lindsey's house working on music and one really fun day doing a crazy photo session, I am quite excited about next year. Everything seems to be falling into place. 2013 looks like the year of Fleetwood Mac," Stevie Nicks said.

DEBRA WINGER: The Broadway production of David Mamet's new play, "The Anarchist," is to close Dec. 16, producers said.

Directed by playwright Mamet and starring Debra Winger and Patti LuPone, the show began previews Nov. 13 and opened Dec. 2.

Upon closing, the production will have played 23 previews and 17 performances.

No reason was given for the quick closing.

"In 'The Anarchist,' LuPone plays the title character and Winger plays a prison official -- these actresses will make theatrical fireworks as one character, put away for life, wants out while the other wants to make sure she stays inside," a synopsis said.

VANESSA REDGRAVE: Vanessa Redgrave and James Earl Jones are to star in a London stage production of William Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing" next year, producers said.

Mark Rylance is directing the comedy at The Old Vic, which marks a reunion for Redgrave and Jones, who co-starred in "Driving Miss Daisy" on Broadway and in the West End last year.

"The Old Vic has always been first and foremost an actors' theater, a home for great talent and memorable performances," said Kevin Spacey, artistic director of The Old Vic, in a statement to the BBC.

"We're so proud of where we have gotten to in nine seasons, and, for me, this new season of work shows just how far The Old Vic has come," Spacey said. "What an exciting prospect to see the wonderful Mark Rylance direct supreme actors Vanessa Redgrave and James Earl Jones in 'Much Ado about Nothing.' We are honored that Mark is bringing his unique talent to The Old Vic."
