NEW YORK, June 28 (UPI) -- Mike Tyson's Spike Lee-directed one-man Broadway show is being extended, producers announced.

The six-night engagement of "Mike Tyson: Undisputed Truth" has been extended to 12 performances to play from July 31 through Aug. 12, producer James L. Nederlander announced Wednesday.

Nederlander said "fan response was immediate" and the extension was planned "to accommodate the demand for tickets."
