Sources close to the former Crazy Town singer, and "Celebrity Rehab" and "Sober House" alum, said he is completely unresponsive.

Although it is unclear what caused the coma, the insiders told TMZ they believe it was drug-related.

Shellshock's real name is Seth Brooks Binzer. He is 37.

SHONDA RHIMES: Shonda Rhimes' publicist says the Hollywood writer-producer has adopted a baby girl named Emerson Pearl.

Rhimes previously adopted daughter Harper in 2002.

She told E! News Emerson is a "zen baby."

"We're just doing a lot of bonding right now," she said. "This is a happy time -- I feel so lucky."

The "Grey's Anatomy" creator did not say how old the child is or where she was born.

ADELE: British recording star Adele says she will release one new song soon, but a follow-up to her blockbuster album "21" probably won't be out for another two years.

"If I didn't write my own songs, I'd be out next week with a new album," the BBC reported she told the French radio station NRJ. "I have to take time and live a little bit. There were a good two years between my first and second albums, so it'll be the same this time."

The singer offered no details about the song she plans to release this year but the BBC said it likely will be the theme song to the next James Bond flick, "Skyfall."

Adele, who won six Grammy Awards this year, said she is not concerned about her next effort matching the success of "21," which has sold more than 20 million copies worldwide.

"I don't think I'll feel the pressure for the next album to be as big as the last one because I know that's not really possible," the BBC quoted her as saying. "What's happened with this album is very rare anyway."

LEVI JOHNSTON: Levi Johnston, the father of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin's 3-year-old grandson, says his new girlfriend is pregnant with his second child.

Bristol Palin's pregnancy and engagement to Johnston became national news during Republican John McCain's 2008 presidential campaign. Sarah Palin was his running mate.

After McCain and Sarah Palin lost the election, Bristol Palin went on to write a book about being a single teen mom after she and Johnston broke up. She also appeared on the TV shows "Dancing with the Stars" and "The Secret Life of the American Teenager." Johnston posed for Playgirl magazine.
