LONDON, March 30 (UPI) -- Britain's Queen Elizabeth has become a great-grandmother for the second time with the birth of Isla Elizabeth Phillips, daughter of Peter and Autumn Phillips.

The baby was born Thursday at the Gloucester Royal Hospital, and weighed in at 7 pounds, 4 ounces, UsMagazine.com said Friday, adding she is 13th in line for the English throne.

The couple, who married in 2008, also have a 15-month-old daughter named Savannah.

Peter, the son of Princess Anne and her first husband, Capt. Mark Phillips, was present at Isla's birth, UsMagazine.com said.
