Waylett, 22, played Hogwarts student Vincent Crabbe in the Harry Potter movies.

TMZ said he was convicted of violent disorder but acquitted on the charge of intending to destroy property with a fire bomb.

He was accused of carrying a Molotov cocktail, while stealing champagne from a drug store Aug. 8.

The actor was identified in video footage after the unrest ended, then arrested Sept. 20.

He has a history of previous drug-related convictions, including cocaine use and possession of cannabis, the report said.

ROBERT De NIRO: Actor Robert De Niro has apologized for a joke with racial overtones he made at a New York fundraiser for President Barack Obama's re-election campaign.

"Callista Gingrich. Karen Santorum. Ann Romney," The Hollywood Reporter quoted De Niro as saying during his opening remarks at Monday night's $5,000-a-plate event, which Obama's wife, Michelle attended. "Now do you really think our country is ready for a white first lady?"

De Niro later issued a statement explaining he was trying to make a joke and never meant to offend anyone.

"Big news everyone! Marko and I are so happy to share some wonderful news with all of you! #ImPregnant. My favorite job in the world is being a mom! My family could not be more happy!"

Lima did not say what the baby's gender is or when it is expected to be born.
