LOS ANGELES, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- U.S. first lady Michelle Obama will be seen in a taped appearance at the Hall of Game Awards ceremony, Cartoon Network said.

The program is to air on cable television Monday.

Obama founded the Let's Move! campaign two years ago to solve the problem of childhood obesity. The first lady will speak about the importance of getting active and will congratulate Let's Move L.A. on the work they've done to get people off the couch, the telecast producers said.

Basketball icon and TNT NBA analyst Shaquille O'Neal is to serve as host of the 2nd annual event, in which viewers are invited to vote for and honor their favorite sports stars and sports moments of the year.

The ceremony will feature musical performances by Hot Chelle Ray and Flo Rida.

Also expected to attend are David Beckham, Nick Cannon, Drew Brees, Victor Cruz, Cam Newton, Hope Solo, Rico Rodriguez, Zachary Gordon, Jennette McCurdy, Clayton Kershaw, Matthew Stafford, Maya Gabeira, Tony Gonzalez and Hakeem Nicks.
