Bobbi Kristina's problems 'out of control'

LONDON, Jan. 27 (UPI) -- The Headwear Association says participants in an online poll have declared Kate Middleton, wife of Britain's Prince William, Hat Person of the Year.
The association, founded in 1908, said on its Web site this week the Duchess of Cambridge earned an overwhelming 91 percent of the vote in the survey.
Runners-up for the accolade included Rachel Zoe, Ne-Yo, Justin Timberlake, Bruno Mars and Charlie Sheen.
This is the third annual Hat Person of the Year award. Johnny Depp and Brad Pitt were the previous winners.
The association did not say how many people participated in the online survey or when it was conducted.
