HEAVY D: Diddy, Mary J. Blige and the Wayans brothers are among those invited to Heavy D's private New York funeral, TMZ said Friday.

The rapper died Tuesday at age 44 at his home in Beverly Hills, Calif. The cause of his death has not yet been determined.

TMZ said a public viewing will be held Thursday, but next Friday's funeral service and burial will be open only to a handful of family members and friends such as Eddie F and G-Whiz.

HOWARD STERN: Radio personality Howard Stern is in talks to replace outgoing judge Piers Morgan on "America's Got Talent," ABC News said.

Morgan announced this week he will not return to "Talent" next season because he wants to concentrate on his new CNN chat show "Piers Morgan Tonight."

If Stern does agree to join Sharon Osbourne and Howie Mandel on the "Talent" judges' panel, he could earn about $15 million a year for the gig, ABC News said.

HOLLY MARIE COMBS: U.S. actress Holly Marie Combs has filed for divorce from TV production worker David Donoho after seven years of marriage, court records show.

Combs cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakup and is seeking joint custody of their three children, UsMagazine.com said Friday.

The former couple met on the set of Combs' former TV series "Charmed" where Donoho worked as a key grip.

DANICA McKELLAR: Actress Danica McKellar and Olympic speed skating champion Apolo Ohno are to star in the U.S. television movie, "Tasmanian Devil," Syfy announced.

Production on the telepicture is to begin in British Columbia this month, the cable network said Friday.

Kenneth Mitchell will also star in "Tasmanian Devil," which is scheduled to premiere on Syfy in 2012.

"Base jumpers in a remote Tasmanian national park are pursued by grizzly bear-sized Tasmanian Devils -- legendary creatures created to protect the land from intruders," a synopsis said.
