JENNIFER ANISTON: Jennifer Aniston's 75-year-old mother, Nancy Dow, is in a Los Angeles area hospital after suffering a serious stroke, Us Weekly said Tuesday.

The "Friends" and "Horrible Bosses" star was spotted going into the hospital with her new boyfriend, actor-screenwriter Justin Theroux to visit Dow Friday.

When Dow suffered the stroke and what her current condition is were not reported.

"Justin has been very supportive and there with [Aniston] all the way," an unidentified source told UsMagazine.com. "It's a very hard time for her right now."

Aniston's publicist declined to discuss the story, telling MSNBC, "This is a private family matter."

The actress and her mom were on the outs for years after Dow wrote the 1996 book "From Mother and Daughter to Friends: A Memoir," however, they had since reconciled, UsMagazine.com said.

JAMIE FOXX: U.S. actor and musician Jamie Foxx is to serve as host of next month's Michael Forever Tribute concert in Cardiff, Wales, MTV.com reported.

The Oct. 8 show is being organized to honor the life and career of pop icon Michael Jackson, who died June 25, 2009, at the age of 50.

Backed by Jackson's mother, Katherine, and several of the singer's siblings, the concert will feature a lineup that includes Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green, Leona Lewis, Ne-Yo, Craig David, Pixie Lott, Alexandra Burke, Alien Ant Farm and Motown legend Smokey Robinson, MTV.com said.

The event does not, however, have the blessing of Jackson's estate or his siblings Janet, Jermaine and Randy, the music news Web site said.

'DESIGN STAR:' Meg Caswell, a 34-year-old interior designer and business owner from Chicago, has won Season 6 of the reality competition series "HGTV Design Star."

Caswell won a contract for her own HGTV show on Monday night's season finale.

The competition was judged by noted designers Vern Yip, Genevieve Gorder and Candice Olson, while Season 1 winner David Bromstad served as mentor.

"Being chosen as the next 'HGTV Design Star' is the most amazing thing that has ever happened to me. I have won my life's dream," Caswell said in a statement.

Her five-episode series, "HGTV Great Rooms," is to premiere Saturday.

"Meg embodies so many unique qualities," said Yip.

"The moment you meet her she instantly puts you at ease, explains design in an entertaining way and has an evident design talent that blossomed into something stunningly beautiful over the course of the season. I'm really looking forward to seeing her new series."

PAUL McCARTNEY: Rock icon Paul McCartney is to marry his longtime girlfriend Nancy Shevell at his farmhouse in England this weekend, UsMagazine.com said Tuesday.

No other details were immediately available.

McCartney, 69, and Shevell, a 51-year-old New York businesswoman, have been dating since 2007. They got engaged in April with McCartney presenting his bride-to-be with a $650,000 ring.

"It will be a small, intimate wedding," the Web site quoted a source close to the couple, whose name was not reported, as saying. "It's going to be very elegant and classic. ... They are having a big party in New York to celebrate later on."

McCartney was married to photographer and animal-rights activist Linda McCartney for 30 years until her death from breast cancer in 1998.

He wed model Heather Mills in 2002, but that union officially ended in a high-profile divorce six years later.
