Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

LOS ANGELES, July 22 (UPI) -- The 13-year-old son of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Maria Shriver has been hospitalized after being seriously injured in a California boogie-boarding accident.
People.com Friday cited a source close to Shriver as saying Christopher suffered a collapsed lung, broken bones and broken ribs during the mishap last weekend.
"Christopher has been in ICU since Sunday," an insider told People.com. "Maria has not left his side and is sleeping at hospital."
Schwarzenegger has also visited the boy, the celebrity news Web site said.
Schwarzenegger, a film star, and Shriver, a broadcast journalist, are in the process of divorcing.
