LONDON, April 16 (UPI) -- Buckingham Palace says London's Goring Hotel will be the pre-wedding headquarters for Kate Middleton and her clan.
Middleton will be ensconced in the Royal Suite of the Goring, which People magazine Saturday described as being a stone's throw from the palace, and her wedding party will depart from the hotel for the April 29 ceremony at Westminster Abbey.
Prince William will spend his final night of freedom at Clarence House with his own wedding party.
The Sun said Middleton's Royal Suite is comprised of five rooms with a four-poster bed, art deco chandelier and an antique loo crafted by none other than Thomas Crapper, who is credited with inventing the flush toilet.
The penthouse suite also has plenty of modern touches, including an array of flat-screen televisions, thanks to a recent major renovation.
