LOS ANGELES, March 27 (UPI) -- The celebrity Web site TMZ.com says Kelly Osbourne owes the state of California nearly $35,000 in unpaid taxes from 2009.

TMZ.com said Sunday that Osbourne owed the taxes for the same year she appeared in the show "Dancing with the Stars."

Osbourne finished third in the dancing contest.

Calls to her representatives were not returned, the Web site said.
