NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., March 19 (UPI) -- Tiger Woods' ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, is the new owner of a $12.2 million mansion in an exclusive Florida neighborhood, records in Palm Beach County said.

The beachfront spread in the Seminole Landing enclave is larger than Woods' new place on Jupiter Island, the Palm Beach (Fla.) Post said Saturday.

Nordegren and the former couple's two children will likely move out of their current home near Orlando in the coming weeks, the newspaper said. The Woods' divorce settlement requires them to live relatively near one another for child visitation purposes.

Records say Nordegren's new two-story pad tops 17,000 square feet and was built in 1932. It also has a large basement, which the Post said was a rarity in Florida where the water table is generally close to the surface.

The home is next door to the home of coal tycoon Christopher Cline and in the same neighborhood as former New York Giants star Tucker Fredrickson.
