BEYONCE: Beyonce's publicist says the U.S. pop star has donated to charity the money she earned performing for the family of Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi.

"All monies paid to Beyonce for her performance at a private party at Nikki Beach St. Barts on New Year's Eve 2009, including the commissions paid to her booking agency, were donated to the earthquake relief efforts for Haiti over a year ago," her publicist told The Huffington Post. "Once it became known that the third-party promoter was linked to the Gadhafi family, the decision was made to put that payment to a good cause."

The amount the singer earned for the gig was not disclosed.

MTV.com reported the announcement regarding Beyonce's donation came shortly after singer Nelly Furtado said she also gave away to needy people the paycheck she picked up for staging a concert for the Gadhafis.

"In 2007, I received 1million$ from the Gadhafi clan to perform a 45 min. show for guests at a hotel in Italy," MTV.com said Furtado wrote via Twitter Monday. "I am going to donate the $."

Rolling Stone magazine Monday reported the music industry had called upon stars including Beyonce, Usher, Mariah Carey and 50 Cent to return the money they were paid for concerts performed before Moammar Gadhafi's relatives.

JON CRYER: "Two and a Half Men" actor Jon Cryer joked about needing a job in a video clip shown on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" in Los Angeles.

Cryer and the rest of the "Men" cast and crew were suddenly left unemployed last month when the sitcom's producers canceled the rest of the season due to star Charlie Sheen's erratic behavior following long-term substance abuse. Whether the show will return next season remains unclear.

In Thursday's "Ellen" clip, Cryer is seen working as a temp and answering the host's phones.

"You really do good work. You do the work of two and a half men," DeGeneres quipped in the video.

"You don't have to say that every time," Cryer replied.

DeGeneres thanked him for helping out, and he said, "You know, I needed the work."

THEODORA RICHARDS: Model Theodora Richards, daughter of rocker Keith Richards, has been charged with possession of a graffiti instrument and a controlled substance in New York.

Police in Manhattan told the New York Post they arrested the 25-year-old model after she allegedly wrote "T heart A" in small letters with a red paint pen on the exterior of St. Anthony's Convent in Manhattan.

Numerous pills believed to be the painkiller oxycodone and a small amount of marijuana were found in her purse at the time of her arrest, the Post said Thursday.

Richards appeared in Manhattan Criminal Court Wednesday and declined to accept a plea deal. She is expected back in court April 21, the newspaper said.

JOHN TRAVOLTA: John Travolta and his fellow former "Welcome Back, Kotter" cast members are to be honored at the 2011 TV Land Awards in New York, organizers said.

Travolta will reunite with Lawrence Hilton-Jacobs, Ron Palillo and Marcia Strassman at the April 10 taping at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center during which they will be presented with the 35th Anniversary Award, the cable TV network said Thursday.

The prize presentation is to air April 17.

"Welcome Back, Kotter" ran for five seasons and revolved around a Brooklyn high school teacher, Mr. Kotter, played by Gabe Kaplan, who returns to his alma mater to teach a new generation of underachieving misfits nicknamed the "Sweathogs."

Strassman played Kotter's wife, Julie, while Travolta, Hilton-Jacobs and Ron Palillo played his students.
