The Web site said Saturday that Dr. Conrad Murray's team will argue that Jackson was a wreck during previous tours and relied on a regimen of drugs to help him sleep long before Murray joined his entourage in 2009

Murray is charged with involuntary manslaughter in Los Angeles for administering the drugs that Jackson overdosed on in 2009.

TMZ's sources said witnesses who worked on Jackson's "Bad" and "Dangerous" shows have told Murray's lawyers that Jackson was frequently dehydrated and deprived of sleep during the tours and was frequently medicated.

TMZ said Murray's defense theory is that Jackson was a seasoned drug user at the time of his death and had administered the fatal shot of Propofol himself when Murray was not present.
