Madonna is D&G's lucky star no longer

NEW YORK, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Fashion house Dolce & Gabbana has dropped Madonna as a model for its spring 2011 campaign in favor of Victoria's Secret models.

The Michigan-born pop star had fronted the Italian brand's sexy campaigns for two seasons.

Victoria's Secret models Izabel Goulart, Alessandra Ambrosio, Maryna Linchuk and Isabeli Fontana shot the spring 2011 ad campaign with photographer Steven Klein on Thursday, New York magazine reported. Three of them had walked the Victoria's Secret runway just the night before.

D&G's spring/summer 2010 campaign featured black and white images of Madonna playing a fantasy housewife -- making dinner, eating pasta and rinsing plates while wearing glamorous dresses. The photos reportedly were inspired by Italian neo-realist films.

"To have Madonna in our campaign is a dream come true," designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana told Vanity Fair's Italian edition in December 2009.

Corey Feldman wants 'Goonies' sequel

HOLLYWOOD, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Actor Corey Feldman says he would like to see a sequel to the 1985 cult movie "Goonies."

"I would do it if (the studio) was serious," Feldman told The Hollywood Reporter.

Feldman said "Goonies" writer Steven Spielberg, co-star Sean Astin and director Richard Donner all want to reunite for a Warner Brothers sequel.

"We'd all like to see it happen, but it's one of those stumbling blocks where no matter how much love there is ...," Feldman said. "The No. 1 question that's always been asked of me for the last 20 years is, 'Will there be a sequel to Goonies?,' and unfortunately my answer is always the same. It's not up to me, you know, it's the studio."

Feldman also said he would be willing to participate in a stage version of "Goonies."

"They are talking about doing a Broadway musical and I know Richard Donner is really behind that," Feldman said. "He's a dear friend of mine and we talk about it quite often and he said that they finally got a great script in which he's very excited about."

HOLLYWOOD, Nov. 13 (UPI) -- Halle Berry says that if anyone ever makes a movie about Oprah Winfrey, it probably won't include her in the starring role.

Berry taped an episode on the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" this week in which the question of a biopic about Oprah came up, and she assured the audience she wasn't aiming for the title role, The Hollywood Reporter said Saturday.

"I'm not going to play Oprah," Berry said, adding, "I don't know where these rumors come from."

Berry said she was not aware of any films about Oprah in the works.
