Will Smith nervous about daughter dating

LOS ANGELES, July 13 (UPI) -- Comic book creator Harvey Pekar died early Monday at his home in Cleveland, his family said. He was 70.
MTV.com confirmed his death, but did not report the cause of it.
The creator of the "American Splendor" autobiographical graphic novel series gained additional fame after a 2003 movie with the same title about him became a hit. Paul Giamatti portrayed Pekar, the son of poor Polish immigrants, in the movie.
"Harvey lived life and every last detail was written and drawn and published," the New York Daily News quoted artist and frequent collaborator Dean Haspiel as saying. "The best way to honor Pekar now is to read his life, just like he would have wanted you to."
