Elizabeth and her husband Philip, the duke of Edinburgh, continued their royal visit to Canada Sunday with a three-day stop in Toronto, beginning the day at St. James cathedral before heading off to Woodbine Racetrack for the Queen's Plate horserace, the (Toronto) Star reported Sunday.

The queen's visit to Canada began Monday in Halifax. She honored Canada Day Thursday in Ottawa, where a crowd of 100,000 showed up to celebrate.

On Saturday, the queen and her husband visited the site of the new Canadian Museum for Human Rights in Winnipeg and presented a cornerstone for the building that was taken from the monastery at Runnymede, where King John of England signed the Magna Carta in 1215.

The royal couple are scheduled to return to London Tuesday.

RHINEBECK, N.Y., July 4 (UPI) -- Residents of Rhinebeck, N.Y., are abuzz with talk of the upcoming wedding of former President Bill Clinton's daughter, Chelsea.

Chelsea, 30, is set to marry her fiance, investment banker Marc Mezvinsky, 32, at the Astor Courts estate in Rhinebeck on July 31, the New York Daily News reported Sunday.

Astor Courts, 90 minutes north of Manhattan, is located on 50 very private acres overlooking the Hudson River.

"It's hidden, easy to secure and just majestic," said Chuck Ferri, a Century 21 agent familiar with the property.

Emergency landing for Dave Chappelle

PITTSBURGH, July 4 (UPI) -- The pilot of a private jet carrying Dave Chappelle from New Jersey to Ohio deemed the comedian a "safety risk" and made an emergency landing in Pittsburgh.

Chappelle "freaked out" during the flight Friday and would not buckle his seatbelt, TMZ reported. He then "walked into the cockpit, asking how much longer the flight would be, and started grabbing the pilot's arms," TMZ said, citing a source who was "extremely familiar with the incident."

Chappelle, 36, then checked into a hotel, where sources said he asked to rent a car to drive to his home in Ohio -- but he couldn't remember where he lived.

A spokesman for the comedian told TMZ Chappelle desperately needed to use the restroom and that the facilities on the plane were "not the kind he needed."

Carole King lowers price for her ranch

STANLEY, Idaho, July 4 (UPI) -- Grammy-winning singer-songwriter Carole King has lowered the asking price for her Robinson Bar Ranch in Idaho to $16 million.

The 128-acre spread on the Salmon River near Stanley, which includes a 7,300-square-foot lodge, had been priced at $19 million in 2006.

Besides the lodge, there also is a private owner's residence, a caretaker's home, a recording studio and eight historic log cabins.

"This is huge for a national forest holding," Stoney Burke, the listing agent with Hall and Hall Ranch Brokers, told the Idaho Mountain Express.

The ranch has been King's primary residence for 29 years but Burke said she wants to sell it so she can spend more time with family in Los Angeles, the newspaper reported Sunday.

King also has a condominium in Ketchum, where she is to perform with longtime friend James Taylor July 12, and homes in California and New York.
