RHINEBECK, N.Y., July 4 (UPI) -- Residents of Rhinebeck, N.Y., are abuzz with talk of the upcoming wedding of former President Bill Clinton's daughter, Chelsea.

Chelsea, 30, is set to marry her fiance, investment banker Marc Mezvinsky, 32, at the Astor Courts estate in Rhinebeck on July 31, the New York Daily News reported Sunday.

"It's crazy," Gianny Andreini, an employee at the Rhinebeck Smoke Shop, told the newspaper. "There's this insane buzz. It's the talk of the town. You can't walk down the street without someone asking about Chelsea's wedding."

The mother of the bride, U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, said Saturday on Polish television that the wedding "truly is the most important thing in my life right now."

Astor Courts, 90 minutes north of Manhattan, is located on 50 very private acres overlooking the Hudson River.

"It's hidden, easy to secure and just majestic," said Chuck Ferri, a Century 21 agent familiar with the property.
