Rolling Stone said the cause of Isley's death Sunday has not yet been disclosed.

The Isley Brothers are best known for their hits "Twist and Shout," "It's Your Thing," "(Who's) that Lady" and "Fight the Power."

Marvin Isley joined the group in 1973 and left in 1984 with brother Ernie and brother-in-law Chris Jasper to form Isley-Jasper-Isley, whose big hit was "Caravan of Love." He rejoined the Isley Brothers in 1991 and played with them until 1997 when diabetes forced him to quit, the magazine said.

"Another precious stone has been removed from our legendary musical building block," Marvin Isley's friend Bootsy Collins told Rolling Stone. "He's part of the American soul foundation."

Coleman rep appalled by hospital photos

LOS ANGELES, June 8 (UPI) -- Gary Coleman's former agent says he was "appalled" to hear that photos were snapped as the U.S. actor lay dying, and then shopped around to the media.

"While Gary Coleman's family continues to privately grieve the passing of their son, they would like to thank all of his fans for their generous support," Victor Perillo said in a statement Tuesday.

"This kind, gentle soul left the world with many beautiful memories to cherish. That is why I am personally appalled to hear the news that individuals are selling photos of Gary in the hospital. This is unconscionable and despicable. I would like to praise all the reputable news organizations that declined the offers. I hope others will do the same out of respect and human decency."

Coleman, the one-time "Diff'rent Strokes" star, died last week after a brain hemorrhage. He was 42.

Several media outlets said they were approached about buying photos taken of Coleman's last moments alive at a Utah hospital.

Mueller has accused the "Two and a Half Men" star of assaulting her and threatening her last December.

"They need time to re-work the final points of the plea deal," the Web site quoted District Attorney Arnold Mordkin as saying in an Aspen court Monday.

The plea hearing was rescheduled for July 12.
