Michaels, 47, is best known as the front man for the band Poison. He is also a contestant on the current season of TV's "The Celebrity Apprentice."

He has been hospitalized in an intensive care unit since suffering a brain hemorrhage late Thursday. He reportedly was transported to the undisclosed medical facility after suffering a severe headache.

Michaels, who is diabetic, was also hospitalized earlier this month for an emergency appendectomy.

"There's a rumor out there that Bret passed," the musician's representative told UsMagazine.com Tuesday. "It isn't true."

The couple announced their engagement last August and were expected to wed this year.

The Swedish news agency TT quoted a statement on the royal family's Web site as saying the princess and Bergstrom had mutually decided to part ways after "mature consideration."

"They need peace and quiet in this difficult situation," the court's statement added.

TT said the announcement follows reports claiming Bergstrom cheated on the princess with a Norwegian handball star while on a ski trip.

Porizkova criticizes celebs for surgery

NEW YORK, April 27 (UPI) -- Czechoslovakian-born supermodel Paulina Porizkova is critical of Heidi Montag, Kate Hudson and Madonna, citing reports they underwent plastic surgery.

"I'm in pain. Ow! It looks like when my milk came in. They're going to explode!" Porizkova told TV's "Inside Edition" after viewing a post-surgery photograph of reality television personality Heidi Montag's breast implants. "She went from something pretty to something pretty weird! Heidi Montag is a walking catastrophe."

Porizkova, a former contestant on "Dancing with the Stars," said she's disappointed in actress Kate Hudson, was said to have received breast implants.

"No Kate, say it isn't so!" the 45-year-old model exclaimed.

Porizkova showed disdain for Madonna's reputed plastic surgery, as well.

"She looks like an entirely different person than the person I fell in love with," Porizkova said, adding she prides herself on aging naturally.

"Ain't nothing in this face that wasn't there when I was born," the model said. "I don't get to eat whatever I want. And I have to exercise really hard. And I still don't look as fabulous as I would like to look. But you know, so what?"
