NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Nov. 28 (UPI) -- Actress Tawny Kitaen is facing a driving under the influence charge for a September arrest in Newport Beach, Calif., TMZ.com reported exclusively.
The celebrity news Web site reported Saturday that unidentified sources said Kitaen was charged with being under the influence of prescription drugs after being arrested during a Sept. 16 traffic stop.
If convicted, the 48-year-old "Happy Hour" actress could be sentenced to a maximum six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
