NEW YORK, Oct. 1 (UPI) -- Actor Dennis Hopper, who was treated for dehydration and flu-like systems Wednesday, has been discharged from a New York hospital, his manager said.
Hopper has appeared in the classic films, "Rebel Without a Cause," "True Grit," "Easy Rider," "Apocalypse Now" and "Hoosiers." He currently stars in the TV drama, "Crash."
The 73-year-old screen star's manager, Sam Maydew, told People.com Thursday that Hopper is "now back in his hotel room and feeling much better."
"Dennis would like to thank everyone for their well wishes and he looks forward to getting back to work on 'Crash,'" Maydew added.
