Rep denies Hewitt and Kennedy broke up

LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28 (UPI) -- Jennifer Love Hewitt's publicist says the U.S. actress and her beau, Jamie Kennedy, are still dating, despite an Internet report claiming they've broken up.

The two co-star on the television series "Ghost Whisperer."

Although blogger Perez Hilton reported on his Web site Kennedy "has been cheating on Jennifer Love Hewitt with his ex-girlfriend, Shannon Funk," Hewitt's representative told Usmagazine.com: "This is a completely fabricated story made up by a disgruntled former employee, terminated for cause. Jamie and Jennifer are happy and still together."

The magazine said Kennedy also shot down the accusation, writing on his Twitter page the report is "untrue and slanderous."
