LOS ANGELES, Sept. 22 (UPI) -- Mel Gibson's pregnant girlfriend, singer and musician Oksana Grigorieva, said she has no plans to marry the Hollywood actor and filmmaker.
People.com said Grigorieva, 39, is due to deliver their baby in December.
The child will be the first for the couple, who made their first public appearance together last spring.
Gibson has seven other offspring from his 30-year marriage to his estranged wife, Robyn. Grigorieva has one child from a previous relationship.
"Actually, we have no plans to marry whatsoever," People.com reported Grigorieva said on Tuesday's edition of the British talk show "GMTV." "I haven't thought about it -- we haven't spoken about it."
She went on to say that as the mother of a 12-year-old son, she has little anxiety the second time around.
"I've been a mother for 12 years -- and, of course, there is no first-time mother's trepidation as such," Grigorieva said. "So, naturally, it's more relaxed, and I'm very dynamic so the pregnancy falls into my work schedule."
