LOS ANGELES, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Hollywood director Michael Bay says he doesn't approve of a letter from film crew members claiming his "Transformers" star Megan Fox is stupid and ungracious.

Usmagazine.com said three anonymous crew members, who have worked with Bay for the past decade, recently posted a letter on the "Transformers" Web site criticizing the 23-year-old starlet, who publicly compared Bay to Adolf Hitler.

The crew members' letter, describing Fox as "dumb-as-a-rock," "ungracious" and someone who never says thank you or hello to crew members, has since been removed from the Web site, Usmagazine.com said.

"I don't condone the crew letter to Megan," Bay wrote Saturday on his own Web site. "And I don't condone Megan's outlandish quotes. But her crazy quips are part of her crazy charm. The fact of the matter is I still love working with her, and I know we still get along. I even expect more crazy quotes from her on 'Transformers 3.'"
