LOS ANGELES, Sept. 13 (UPI) -- Film star Ben Stiller and his actress wife, Christine Taylor, are selling property in Los Angeles complete with three houses, the Los Angeles Times says.

The Times reported Saturday that Stiller, 43, and Taylor, 38, put their Hollywood Hills property, along with its two featured houses and a one-bedroom guesthouse up for sale for $12.5 million.

The property includes a 1929 Spanish-style house with 5,334 square feet and a three-story contemporary Mediterranean with 4,062 square feet. Combined with the guesthouse, the two homes offer 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms.

The Times said the real estate offering by the "Night at the Museum" actor and his wife, star of films like "Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story"" and "Zoolander," is being listed via Jonah Wilson of Sotheby's International Realty's Sunset.
