NEW YORK, Sept. 12 (UPI) -- The animated U.S. TV series "King of the Hill" wraps up its 13-year run with a double episode finale Sunday.
The New York Daily News reported Saturday the final chapters of the animated Fox series will have the Hill family facing their usual litany of internal family and social dilemmas.
The Daily News said the first half-hour episode will focus on Bobby Hill, son of Hank, who finds himself facing the enviable problem of having three dates for the school dance.
The second episode, meanwhile, will feature Hank as he tries to find common ground with Bobby despite their many differences. Of course Hank's friends are involved as they struggle with the crisis of not having any home-repair projects to complete.
The animated series from the minds of "Office Space" creator Mike Judge and writer Greg Daniels first aired in 1997, told stories about the life of well-grounded propane salesman Hank Hill and his off-beat family members and friends in Arlen, Texas.
