LOS ANGELES, Aug. 28 (UPI) -- Summer Glau has been hired to play a recurring role on Joss Whedon's U.S. science-fiction TV series "Dollhouse."
Glau previously co-starred in "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and Whedon's "Firefly."
TVGuide.com said she will be featured in a few episodes during the second season of "Dollhouse."
Also to appear on the show are "Battlestar Galactica" veterans Jamie Bamber and Michael Hogan, and Alexis Denisof, who co-starred in Whedon's popular series "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" and "Angel," TVGuide.com noted.
Keith Carradine has been booked to play a recurring role next season, as well.
