LOS ANGELES, Aug. 28 (UPI) -- U.S. reality TV personality Brody Jenner says Joe Francis punched and kicked Jenner's girlfriend after she threw a drink on the "Girls Gone Wild" founder.

Jenner told TMZ his companion Jayde Nicole doused Francis because he was harrassing his ex-girlfriend, someone Jenner and Nicole knew, at a Los Angeles nightclub.

Francis responded by pulling Nicole's hair, then punching her in the face, knocking the Playboy Playmate to the ground and kicking her body, Jenner told the entertainment news Web site.

Security reportedly intervened and escorted Francis out of the club. Jenner said he followed, yelling at Francis, and he, too, was evicted from the venue.

Jenner told TMZ he punched Francis in the face. Someone then allegedly shocked Jenner with a taser, causing him to drop to the ground.

Police confirm they were called to the club early Friday to investigate a battery complaint, but said no arrests were made.

Nicole, who reportedly sustained a black and blue cheek and bruised rib in the scuffle, has vowed to press charges against Francis, TMZ said.
