LOS ANGELES, Aug. 27 (UPI) -- U.S. cable channel truTV says it will pay tribute to the late Dominick Dunne with a 13-hour marathon of his show "Dominick Dunne's Power, Privilege & Justice." The programs are to air Friday, truTV said Thursday.
Dunne, a renowned true-crime chronicler, novelist and TV personality, died Wednesday at age 83.
"Dominick Dunne has been a valued and beloved contributor to truTV through the long-running series 'Dominick Dunne's Power, Privilege and Justice,'" Marc Juris, executive vice president and general manager of truTV/IN SESSION, said in a statement. "He was a master storyteller who dug deeply into the legal details of notorious criminal cases, but always kept his eye on the human story behind the crimes. We will miss him dearly."
