The first offering in the joint venture will be "In a Different Light," a collection of newly interpreted recordings of some of the group's greatest hits.

The album includes two new songs -- "Here Comes the Darkness" and "At the End of the Day" -- penned by Everclear front man Art Alexakis.

The CD is to be released in North America Oct. 6 by 429 Records, in Australia by Universal Australia and in Europe by Proper Music Distribution.
