DUBLIN, Ireland, Aug. 24 (UPI) -- The U.S. rock band REM has announced plans to release a two-CD set featuring live rehearsals recorded at Dublin's Olympia club in 2007, the BBC said.

"REM Live at the Olympia" is scheduled for release Oct. 26.

The BBC said the set will include more than three dozen tracks from the group's five-day stint at the club, where they tried out new material for their 2008 album "Accelerate."

"Every second we were playing something we didn't know all that well," the BBC quoted guitarist Peter Buck as saying, "which was kind of good -- there were all kinds of terror elements going on during that show."
