NEW YORK, Aug. 5 (UPI) -- A New York set designer is suing the TLC television network for $50,000 in alleged unpaid wages and expenses for the show "What Not to Wear."

Michael Myers filed the lawsuit in Brooklyn Supreme Court last week, the New York Post reported.

Myers claims the makeover show's managers paid production designer, Michael Venedicto, in cash to build the set. The lawsuit claims Venedicto did not compensate Myers as promised, the newspaper said.
