Will Smith nervous about daughter dating
HOUSTON, Aug. 4 (UPI) -- A fan has filed a lawsuit in Houston accusing rapper Method Man of shooting her with an air gun when she asked for an autograph, court records show.
TMZ said the lawsuit regarding the alleged November 2008 incident was filed last week.
Mary Anderson claims in court papers that she asked the hip-hop artist to sign her ticket after a show, but instead he "pulled out an air gun and ... began firing pellets," allegedly striking her at least six times.
Anderson is seeking unspecified damages in her lawsuit, TMZ said, adding Method Man's representatives declined to comment on its report.
