LOS ANGELES, July 31 (UPI) -- Jaime Pressly's publicist said the U.S. television actress is engaged to entertainment lawyer Simran Singh.

The "My Name is Earl" co-star's representative confirmed the news to Usmagazine.com Friday.

A wedding date has not yet been set, the publicist said.

Pressly was previously engaged to disc jockey Eric Cubiche, the father of her 2-year-old son, Dezi. They broke up last November, Usmagazine.com said.
