'Harry Potter': Midnight madness

LONDON, July 21 (UPI) -- Jamie Waylett, a supporting player in the "Harry Potter" film franchise, has been sentenced to 120 hours of community service, London court officials said.

Waylett, 20, plays Vincent Crabbe in the big-screen blockbusters.

TMZ said he was sentenced Tuesday to community service in connection with his arrest for pot possession last April. The actor recently pleaded guilty to growing numerous marijuana plants at his mother's house.

Court officials told the entertainment news Web site Waylett's community service could include duties such as clearing graveyards and ditches, cleaning graffiti, picking up trash, chopping down overgrown trees and raking leaves.
