Mariah to perform on TV's 'Talent'

UNIVERSAL CITY, Calif., July 15 (UPI) -- U.S. singer Mariah Carey has agreed to perform on the first "America's Got Talent" results show of the season, NBC announced Wednesday.

The recording artist is to appear on the Aug. 5 episode of the popular talent competition series.

In addition, the video for Carey's anticipated new single, "Obsessed," will air for the first time on Wednesday night's show. The clip was directed by renowned filmmaker Brett Ratner.
