LOS ANGELES, July 12 (UPI) -- The U.S. TV series "Desperate Housewives" will reportedly have two new cast members next season, Jeffrey Nordling and Beau Mirchoff.
The Hollywood Reporter said Friday that Nordling will play the husband of fellow new "Desperate" cast addition, actress Drea DeMatteo, while Mirchoff will take on the role of the couple's son.
DeMatteo, who will play the character Angie Vitale on the ABC drama, was previously added as a regular cast member for the show's upcoming sixth season along with Maiara Walsh and Andrea Bowen.
The Reporter said Nordling's TV resume includes a recent appearance on the TV series "24" and a role on the defunct FX drama "Dirt."
Mirchoff has appeared in the movies "The Grudge 3," "Scary Movie 4" and "In the Land of Women."
