LOS ANGELES, June 30 (UPI) -- The biological father of two of Michael Jackson's children is not the late pop star but his dermatologist, the U.S. magazine Us Weekly reported Tuesday.

Citing unnamed "multiple sources," the magazine said dermatologist Arnold Klein is the real father of Prince Michael and Paris Jackson, who were given birth by Klein's former assistant, Debbie Rowe.

"He is the dad," a Jackson insider told Us Weekly. "He and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth."

The magazine said neither Rowe nor Jackson ever told the truth about their childrens' true parentage. But Rowe did admit in 2002 that she carried the superstar's children as a personal favor although she would not confirm reports that their marriage was never consummated.

"I said, 'Let me do this. You need to be a dad. You have been so good to me,'" Us Weekly quoted Rowe as saying.
