Report: Jon & Kate divorcing

NEW YORK, June 22 (UPI) -- Married reality television stars Kate and Jon Gosselin began divorce proceedings in a Doylestown, Pa., court Monday, a source told People.com.

The Gosselins star in "Jon & Kate Plus Eight," along with their twins and sextuplets. The series recently began its fifth season.

The couple of 10 years have been dogged by breakup rumors for weeks.

Recent ads for Monday's edition of the show said they plan to make an important announcement, leading many media outlets to speculate they will discuss plans to divorce.
